October 28 轻松的一周 这周组长去上海开会了，哈哈，心里上感觉轻松点了，其实也没有因为组长走了我的工作就做少了，可是不知道咋了我就觉得挺自在的，嗨，看来我还是有点怕组长，呜呜。构了很长时间的载体目前终于有点希望了，十个载体各个攻破，嗨，就是测序我的心情弄得起伏不定，多次检测还是做个转染看看表达情况吧，每次我总觉的懂得太少，文献也看得少，可是我也很懒，掐指算算时间也不多了，我也要为下次的季度汇报做个预先准备了，实验数据做出来，再做个书面的中英文汇报，表现多点，给老板一个好点印象！
我觉得我挺喜欢做实验的，可是喜欢也不一定能做的很好啊，如果实验一直没有结果是很郁闷的一件事，所以很多东西需要向别人请教，自己多看看书，积累知识，文献一定要阅读，时间都是挤出来的，现在想想其实做什么事都没有轻轻松松成功的，失败了就重新来，没啥了不起的！ October 15 好想休息 来北京的生活和我想象中的一样,很忙,忙得我都喘不上气来,天天都盼着能多睡会,周末,也是在实验室度过,如果说我可以晚上早点走的话我也承认那是周末,实验结果不理想也是我累的原因,呜呜,继续努力吧,还有啥办法呢,一切要靠自己的,咱课题组的成绩也是大家每天的努力得来的,还有宝贝对我的照顾,真得谢谢他了!
